Introducing Katerina, Our Newest Team Member!
I'm so pleased to introduce you to Katerina, our new client care coordinator, who joined our practice this past summer.
Katerina brings five years of administrative experience to her role, having managed schedules and client communication across a variety of settings. She hit the ground running and has been instrumental in helping us transition smoothly to our new Jane App platform this fall (no small task!). She also brings valuable skills in social media engagement, database management, website design, and software setup, all of which are helping keep the practice organized and running efficiently behind the scenes.
Katerina is also a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), bringing over a year of clinical experience to her work. She has a deep understanding of the importance of confidentiality, clear communication, and collaboration: values that sit at the heart of how we work with all of you.
As the practice grows to include new offerings like courses and retreats, Katerina's blend of organizational skill and clinical perspective makes her an essential part of what's next. Please join me in giving her a warm welcome!
